Dwayne K. Logan, M.D.

Dr. Logan is a renowned surgeon in both the Orange County and Long Beach areas. He is a refractive surgeon, who also has a keen interest in complicated cataract and anterior segment surgery and cosmetic procedures.

He is trained in the most progressive ocular surgical techniques including cataract surgery, phakic intraocular lenses, LASIK, PRK, refractive lensectomy.  Dr. Logan utilizes advanced techniques for treatment of myopia (nearsightedness), hyperopia (farsightedness), and astigmatism.

He has performed thousands of microsurgical and ophthalmic laser procedures and has been recognized by the medical community for his exceptional surgical skills and for being in the forefront with new microsurgical technology.  In addition, he has published several studies and is a national speaker on the topic of cataract and multifocal intraocular lenses.

Dr. Logan attended Medical School at the University of California, Los Angeles. He went on to complete his internship at Los Angeles County USC Medical Center and his Residency at Howard University Hospital. Dr. Logan is board certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology.

Dr. Logan is married and has two beautiful children. Some of Dr. Logan's hobbies include racquetball and mountain biking. He also enjoys sailing, snow skiing, and water skiing.
